And the crushing process are as follows :
Firstly ,the stone materials will be evenly entered the coarse crushing machine to proceed the primary crushing .And then the coarse materials will be entered the impact crusher by the belt conveyor to proceed the secondary crushing .And the fine stone materials will be entered the vibrating screen to produce various stone specification .And particle size which have not satisfied the requirements will receive the repeated crushing .
In August 27, 2008, Shibang contracted with a baryte producer and exported baryte crushing plant to Kenya. The total contract is worth about 650 million dollar.
This crushing plant consists of one primary jaw crusher, two secondary hydraulic cone crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The whole crushing plant was designed by Shibang and processing well till now.
The big size baryte are transferred to primary crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for firstly crushing, then the crushed baryte are transferred to hydraulic cone crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed baryte is transferred to the Shibang vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. The aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and aggregate with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms a closed and manifold cycles. The sizes of final products are graded and separated according to customers’ requirements, and the duster is attached for the sake of environment protection.
