Cement production process
The whole production process of cement is generally as follows:

Cement Mill Grinding Plant
Divided by cement production process, there are four types of cementcompany which includes the cement plant, cement clinker factory, cementgrinding plant and preparation plant.
In the present situation of cement industry, the design andconstruction of cement grinding station has adopted many new features.While most of the cement clinker production line is set up near themine, most cement grinding plants are set up around the city, not farfrom the selling market which greatly reduces transportation cost. Atthe present, cement grinding plant is developping towards large-scalealong with the consideration of separation grinding of materials.
In cement production, the traditional cement mill grinding process is of huge energy consumption, accounting for 70% oftotal electricity consumption of cement. Portland cement mill
working process:
Portland cement is widely used and most common cement found in manyparts of the world. The basic ingredients of this cement are mortar, stucco, concrete and grout. The cement is produced by grinding rawclinker which is available with ease. The grinding of clinker is astraight forward process. The clinker is put to feed hopper, which inturn feeds into the pre-crusher. Then the table feeders extract it outfrom the pre-crusher and put it into the cement mill. Finally, thisfine powder is blended with gypsum which makes the portland cement.

Structure of cement mill:
Cement Mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning partand driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor andelectric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the lineris detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process andthe drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has goodwear-resistance. The cement mill machine is with stable and reliableworking condition.
Cement ball mill
Traditional cement mill also named as cement ball mill, raw material mill, material grinding mill and clinker mill, is thekey equipment for grinding after the cement crush process, which iswidely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics, etc. Cement ball mill can be usedfor the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-ablematerials.
According to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry cement ball mills and wet cement ball mills for choice.
Cement vertical mill
Cement vertical mill is the main and new process equipment in thecement grinding plant. LM series cement vertical mill is of stronglcrushing, high crushing efficiency and good operational stability.
